  • We provide healthcare-related services as described on our website Bright Concierge Services PLLC+1.

  • Service fees are set on our Plans & Pricing page or during booking. Payment terms will be shown at checkout.

  • We may use third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the processing of payment—any disputes must be addressed with the processor directly.

4. Use of Services

  • You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when required for appointment booking or consultations.

  • You are prohibited from using our Services in any fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized way.

5. Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
